Get stupid started in Oakland. Period. There was even an article on AllHipHop.com explaining how it started and how we've been saying that for years, even before '91.. But not in the context that it's said now(like you said). And if Mac Dre wasn't saying it how it's said now, he didn't start it obviously. Mac Dre didn't make up the actual word "Stupid" you know. It's the way Oakland niggas use it. Quit Hatin dawg, Oakland got this. If Oakland as a city never had a rapper ever, we'd still be known for all of the trends and would still have the same hood rep. Can't say the same for Vallejo.

LMFAO!! Yea right. Mac Dre was a silly rapper, and E-40 is laid back. Oakland and Richmond are the hardest and most "gangsta" cities in the Bay right now, How could you possibly say that? Sales DOES NOT mean they have the best artist, this doesnt only go for rappers nationally but locally too. Mac Dre is the best hands down, but as far as making the best artist, its Definitely San Francisco. Messy Marv, San Quinn, Jt The Bigga Figga, Coughnut, RBL Posse. Frisko rappers got longevity thats what keeps us up the most. We may not be on top at the moment but we hold all the OGs.
