without that offensive line he aint gonna be shit, he better stay in seattle or go to a team like Denver, but they never probably would pay high bucks for a running back since they can put anyone in that backfield damn near, hes decent but you can see when he faces a good defensive team he aint to much of a factor.

Hes gonna be in seattle again, he wants to be there, and Seattle has enough cap space to give him the monster contract he wants

He'll be going somewhere else. I think his success has a lot to do with his offensive line, its one of the best in the NFL. They'll probably let him go and draft someone or sign a veteran for a cheaper price.

Drafting someone or getting anything less than a superstar running back would be straight up retarted. Yes, their offensive line is the key to their successful running game but some of that is also Alexander. If they don’t replace him with an equally as good running back or better, they can kiss a superbowl return goodbye.

Oh Coy!Ocerto said:
but if the Hawks dont re-sign Hutch...then its a waste of a sign...
Don't worry, Hutch is the one guy who sure as hell is NOT going anywhere, he will more than likely be the guy they franchise this year (that'll put him about 6 mill a year), then they'll try to use what's left to give Alexander his big deal and retain some of the key role players i.e. Jurevicious.

But Alexander or no Alexander, don't worry about losing Hutch, don't worry about it for a split second.

and btw, the Hawks signing Priest Holmes clock is now officially ticking lol

i dont care who we get so much as the line is important. denver has proved that backs are fairly disposable so long as you have a great line to run/scheme to run behind. hutch is most important. i can see seattle going for a cheaper back though. imagine if LT or LJ ran behind our line though. they might put up 3k. i hope we dont get priest though
