Too Short shouldn't retire....without him who's gonna rep the bay(besides e-40)???? Too Short and e-40 put the bay on the map in the early 90's and they're still on a national level.
Maybe when Too Short's production starts gettin weak, then maybe he should consider retiring, but until then he should keep doin what he's been doin.
