where do you buy CDs?

i'm wondering, where does everyone get their music in the bay? amoeba, rasputin's, tower, websites, swap meet, etc? i always hear about underground mixtapes from keak or done deal or whoever, but where do you buy them? and does anyone still buy tapes or vinyl?
