I have $25 for 1 year included registration of the domain @ www.primeplans.com and if you need more bandwidth they have more deals. Its been very reliable, I've had it since october and its been up atleast 99% of the time.

What I posted was only for the domain name. You could get cheap hosting at alotta places.
