Where can i get a Grant to start My Buisness??

I want to start a buisness with a buddy a mine ,he does music and i do grafix...but we need funds for some supplies. i hear theres grants that are given to minorities...any info would be greatly appreciated!!

go to some seminars,then hire a grant writer,its not an eazy process

YOU have to have a business plan put together, (how much money you want funded, and where exactly each dollar is going to be spent to help your business, and your projected costs/profits---which all needs to be done in a professional manner so consider hiring someone or knowing someone), and approach a bank with your business idea, and then they can lead you towards the proper govt. channels for minorities, low income, etc etc
