Where can I get a good cheap Digital Video Cam?

I want to buy a decent digital Video Cam...

I don't need it to be super high quality cause I wanna keep the files small so I can upload them to the net...

WHat kind of camera should I get? something around 100 something to 200 dollars.. and that has ok quality video.. good enough to be online and that will upload fast...

if anyone can tell me about a good cam to get that would be tight

target got some for like $130-140, not the best brands but they'll do. i got one as a gift, it's a digital cam/video cam/mp3 player. apitek was the brand or some shit, i duno i don't got it on me..
