When do the "exclusive premieres" air on 106KMEL?

Is there a specific day of the week and/or time (i.e. by a certain DJ) that songs are premiered for the first time ever on 106KMEL? Because MoeDoeOnline informed me that The Team's "Good Girl" (new single) will be sent to airwaves sometime next week. I want to be able to hear it the first time! So is there an actual time for premieres, or is it random throughout the day?
