YO, WHEN DID THE WEST COAST FELL OFF?



IF Y'ALL GOT SOME REAL INFO OF WHEN THE YAY AND THE WESTSIDE STARTED SLIPPIN ON MAJOR NATIONAL RADIO AND SALES, POP IT IN DEESE THREAD, FOSHO.
WHAT YEAR DO YOU THINK THE WEST COAST MUSIC FELL OFF?


MAYBE IF WE CAN FIND TO PROBLEM TO THE QUESTION, WE CAN ALL FIND A SOLUTION TO THE DAMN WALL THAT IS BLOCKIN' OUR PAPER STACKIN.
THERE IS PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT SAY THAT THE WEST COAST LOST THEIR CRED AFTER PAC.

As soon as the gangsta rap image and formula was copied and passed around the entire U.S and used as a marketing gimmick and a way to sell records. As soon as the radio and MTV stopped diversifying their rap music selection and focused on one style.

So until something original and poppin comes from the west coast, were just another coast still stuck in the early nineties gangsta rap fad whether people are real or not.
