Are all doin big things, there not even close to the big wig labels like, Universal, Jive, Virgin, Sony etc.... Their in a whole nother league but I feel what your tryin to say.

GOOD POINT, MAYN. I CAN'T ARGUE WIT DAT. WHAT IS GOOD ABOUT WEST COAST RAP IS THAT WE GOT ALL KINDS OF FLAVAS THAT MAINSTREAM CAN'T DIGEST.

I AGREE WIT U THAT WEST COASTIN' BEEN ALWAYS TOO HARD FOR THE MAINSTREAM RADIO.

THE THING IZ THAT THE WEST COAST IS SETTING DA STARDARD IN UNDAGROUND HUSTLING OF MIXTAPES AND WE CAN USE THAT SAME SKILL TO DO A TAKEOVER OF THE MAINSTREAM IN GETTING OUR PAPER.

I AM JUST WONDERING IF EAST COAST RADIO AND DIRTY SOUTH RADIO SHOW THE SAME TYPE OF LOVE TO WEST COAST ARTISTS AS WE DO TO THEIR ARTISTS.

IF ANYBODY IN HERE BACK FROM THE EAST OR SOUTH, LET US KNOW IF THEY GIVING US THE SAME TYPE OF RESPECT I THE RADIO AS WE DO TO THEIR MUSIC, MAYN.

CAN'T ARGUE ON THE FACTS YOU JUST DROPPED ,MAYN. WHETHER ITS REAL OR NOT, THE DIRTY SOUTH IS CLOGGIN' THE RADIO WIT DA SCREWED AND CRUNK SOUND. WHAT IS A FACT IS THAT A LOT OF THE ARTISTS FROM THE SOUTH ARE BEING SIGNED TO A LOT OF MAINSTREAM LABELS FASTER AND GREATER THAN THE WEST COAST AND THAT EXPLAINS WHY A LOT OF THE CRAPPY ONES GET RADIO PLAY. ONE THING I HEARD IS THAT A LOT OF THE MAINSTREAM LABELS ARE EITHER BASED IN THE SOUTH OR MOVING TO THE SOUTH CUZ THE COST OF LIVING IS CHEAPER IN THE SOUTH. SHIEET, I EVEN HEARD YOU CAN GET A 1 ACRE 2 STORY HOUSE THERE BELOW 200 Gs IN THE DIRTY CUTZ. A LOT OF THE DIRTY SOUTH ARTISTS SOMETIMES GET ON THE COVER OF THE MAGAZINES CUZ THE PAY MORE AD SPACE IN THESE MAGS THAN ANY OTHER WITH MAJOR LABEL BACKING. THAT JUST BEEN HEARIN THAT DRAMA FROM THE GRAPEVINE SO HATIN' ISN'T NECESSARY PIMP SAUCE.

if the west coast fell off, i must have been sleepin' at raging waters, boss sauce. rock,do they still do west coast shows at six flags vallejo? i heard the management there doesn't do any concerts there after some incidents. does any OG in here remember back in the day when radio used to promote bay rap concerts at Great America, Six Flags, and even raging waters. Does anybody from the inside know why they stopped producing those events. Just an OG reminiscing....
