Hot 103 Jamz was playing Plantet Rock 2k and I was who..man who is this cat!! Then at the end of the song he started shouting out Lawrence Topeka KC and everwhere else inbetween. At that time I never heard of another rapper shouting out any place I could identify with...so it got me hooked. Swooped up a copy of Calm before the storm...and it was all over lol....

first track i heard was its alive heard it on hot 103 jamz..and at the same time my mom had the cd but i didnt know it was the same dude i heard on the radio rappin its alive cuz i seen the cover and i was like maybe 12-14 or something and i was like damn man that shit is scary and she put it in and flip threw some tracks and i heard its alive.. then i listened to the whole cd
it all first started with "im a playa". me, my bro, and my cousin burned a mix and we listened to it for like a week straight. the song was on there. didnt listen to him for like 4 years, then everready came around. saw the commercial and thought about downloadin it but then my bro already burned it. listened to it while we were playin tony hawk and i remember hearin "melancholy maze" and "my world" the most. i was so shocked and the rest is history. now a die hard fan till i die. even tho its only been about a year but i havent gone a day without listenin to him. tech n9ne is my fix. F.T.I.!!!!
1st track was "Questions" of Gang related then "the Anthem" the a friend got "the worst 2k" and i was hooked!! After that "anghellic" came out and i been after everythink he's done. I got all the OG cd's and appart from a couple of features I got the rest of his discog!! Livin AUS make it hard back in the day to find shit as I didn't have constant access to the internet!! But my highlight was seeing him in Melb in 02' with Luniz and Kurupt!!
