whats the easiest way to go about playing import games on a 360

See what you need to do is go down to the beach and get yourself some sand. Open the disc tray of your 360 and pour some sand in, making sure it spreads over the laser. Next, remove your import game from it's packaging and rub the remaining sand on the disc.
What this does is create a sort of format filter over both the laser and the disc - since they are both covered in sand, they are conditioned into the same format 'language' and the laser rays will be able to read the import disc.
