hell yea wheatley is not our solution, Garner puts it down, that touchdown he did towards the end, wheatley dont do shit like that, specially not at such a critical point in the game.

Went to the game and took my potna (who is a big 9er fan). WHen they went up 14, homie wanted to leave, so we left. SO all the way to the car I'm listenin to people say the Raiders are comin back. Talk about frustrating.
Anyay, the big thing today was that Barret RObbins was back starting. All of a sudden Gannon had time to throw. This is not an accident, Robbins makes THAT much difference. It seemed like the timing all of a sudden came back. The defense looks horrible. One other thing, Langston Walker too over for Lincoln Kennedy. I dont know if he started, but I do know he playe dmost of the game and FLATTENED about 5 people. pancake blocks. amazing. He should replace Sims and let Kennedy keep his post when he's healthy.
Defense was shredded by their RB, can't stpthe run. I read an article in the Tribune that says we should put Woodson at safety. After seeing the poor safety play today - I agree. Let Shaw and Buchanon take the cb positionand let botht he Woodson's play safety. CHarles is not a great corner, but he is a great playmaker. But him at safety and he could be one of the best ever, at CB he gets burned or flagged too much.
I'd trade Woodson STRAIGHT up for Terrel Owens. They might have to throw in a #5 pick or something. But both of them are gone after this year. Porter may or may not come back soon. WHy not? Our defense can't get any worse, it just can't. Gibson should be cut. Anthony Door-step isn't any better.

maybe... but he's probably playing the best of all our corners right now. Woodson is getting flagged left and right, and Buchanon is getting burnt regularly. He makes a big play for a TD and everybody forgot how Cincinatti was abusing him. We have to play him, who else do we have.... but at least with Woodson at safety he canb concentrate on being a ballhawk, which is really what he is. His mechanics are horrible, he jumps routes and gambles.... let him be a safety and his tackling and ball hawking make him a force. At corner, he's just an over-hyped, injury-prone DB who performs better than 70% of the average DB's.
At 2-2, all of a sudden things seem a lot better.
