What's the best way to convert real audio files to mp3 using streambox ripper????

its probably been asked before, but should i convert it into a .Wav and then convert that to Mp3? Im trying to get best quality. what Bitrrate is the best when converting? or jsut let me know the best way to change a real audio file into MP3 and not lose so much sound quality. thanks

the highest birate gives best sound quality, BUT most real player files are already a really low birate, and it's not recomended to convert to a higher sound quality, otherwise it has to make up sound, cuz theres was none there to begin wit, ya feel me...

so what you got to do is look at what your converting, see what the quality is in real player, and convert it to the same in streambox...

the rm>wav>mp3 thing is pointless also, it aint gonna make a differenge g.
