Whats hot in the last year?

I am putting together an order from rapbay.com and haven't been keeping up on whats hot lately and was wondering what albums you all think I should get. I am getting that new quinn - boy to a man, that Tech N9ne Killer album and I still have to get that Don Toriano album from a year or two back but not sure what else is solid. What else has dropped recently that is a must have?
