First up..just to be impartial, 98% of y'all are hella biased against crunk, which is why it's easy to say "Hyphy is a lot better than crunk" and all else.

Personally, hyphy is always a much faster tempo, and the dances are a whole lot different. The tempo alone separates "Knuck if you buck" "Headbussas" and "No problems" from "Super Hyphy" "Tell me when to go" "Only wear my white tee once" and the rest of them. The only similairities is the fact that they are both hype as hell, versus East Coast and L.A. music which is usually more laid back, and sometimes dull for club music.

Lyrically, only some hyphy rappers are really dope as lyricists, but since it's club music, lyrics don't really mean shit at all so it doesn't matter. Cathiness is a lot more vital when it comes to club shit.
