Its all good..lets just agree to disagree. And I never meant to come off as trying to tell you what to do. When you typed in all caps, most people assumed you were yelling. We can't hear you over the internet, so when someone types in caps it gives off the effect of being emotional and raising your voice. Anyways... have a good day.

That's fine with me. That what I was going for in the first place. And look at the word in your post that I have made bold. That word, is the problem in the situation. Like I said, I did it because people tend to read bigger letters and pay more attention to them. So I say the the I want read in all caps, on occasion when I think I'm talking to someone who's not even willing to see my point.

Sometimes, if the situation permits me using that type of language. Some people need to be told they are incompetant and aren't doing things the "correct" way. When I say correct, I'm speaking about the technical aspects of the field I will be working in. People don't do shit when you say, "oh well, I'd really like it if you could do this or that." Most people need to be told, "you are doing it wrong, quit fucking up, or your ass is fired." I dont' fuck around when people waste my time and energy. I let them know how I feel about it, and that will likely make them not do the same retarded shit again.

And if they in fact do something retarded again, it only reinforces the fact that they are stupid ass retards that can't learn for themselves.
