but this is for the both of you.
does it spark anything from within? does it mean anything to anybody?

I don't have a problem with what he is saying because most of is true. But if he is so passionate about his feelings, he should take it to the streets. Go to those street corners and tell those people how you feel. I hate when people make these kind of statements but do nothing to fix what they think is broken. I mean I would have more respect for the man if he looked like one.

i understand what you mean but this still is a form of spreading the message.

from an true anarchists point of view, the greatest change happens through education, not detruction.

but honestly i got props for black ice for remainin true to himself. released shit like this : and drops himself out of russle simons empire. no more phatfarm, and in an interview he speaks deeply about the whole issue and i got tons of respect for the guy.

It is but spreading it to people that do not live that lifestyle is useless, imo. I mean these dudes still dress like and are embracing the same hip-hop culture they are supposedly against. Leaders lead by example and although I feel 100% what these dudes are saying, in order to be taken seriously, you have to look "serious" if that makes any sense.

I don't listen to or follow spoken word and slam, but I do it. Hopefully I can record some of my stuff, but I want to get access to the proper equipment first. Good thread, even tho I'm not that big of a black ice fan, too much jesus freakishness for my tastes.

So he should keep it to himself? Or tell it to people who don't want to hear it? What does a man look like?

He should go out and address the people living that destructive lifestyle. Some want to hear it. If it were me, I would be hitting highschools, etc. Look at the crowd he is addressing. They look like fans of poetry. I know you cannot judge a book by its cover and my man comment was a little over the top. What I meant was these dudes are knocking the thugs and gangstas embracing the hip hop culture but look and talk just like them in reality.

u want to know more about my own inner struggle. One is to help fix the world(the people), the other is finding time while enslaved in this 9-5 system.
i know that those who stand and preach are doin better than i could, and if it took a corporate sponsorship to get me to find some time from this 9-5 cycle of bills and loans and debts and the media and the sports and all this wasteful useless shit, then yeah id be out there.

sure id rather release some real shit before id take to the streets. no need to get shot up before ones msg is even recorded or heard u know?

so i see nothin wrong in what he is doing, and even tho he isnt a target on some street corner it dont mean that he isnt changing a lot more than we are.

all im sayin is come on, lets get real, n rise

this isnt for you so ill separate it but read on if u want.
----------------------

Honestly, from the current view of this thread, the 4channers who invaded, and all the other shit in the world, i know that most everybody, including people who are reading this, will do nothing until the system falls, and their kids starve, and lootin occurs again.
So i know i fall on many deaf ears, but i want this to plant a seed for those who do see their city lootin to know whats up.
when the system falls is when youll see me in the streets whether with a corporate sponsorship or not.
