I just got through playing three brand new cd's (well known Bay Area Compilations) and i have to say that there aint more than 3 decent songs outta 52 tracks! takes the fuckin piss. There was a post talkin bout beats not being up to scratch and i agree 100% . With this type of output, it's just pissin a good reputation down the drain

i thought bayridaz 3 and this is how we eat were both pretty solid,and im usually not into comps,they both have their share of wack tracks but i think overall they are pretty tight

im not into comps either, but that This is How We Eat has some solid songs. I actaully like it for the fact that for as many weak songs, the tight ones are worth the money.

I stopped buying cd about 2 years ago for this very reason. The production has hit the shits!

Try going to northern-ridaz.com and lsitening to cd's before you purchase them. And if you feel like droppin alittle cash i thought the FE cd was pretty dope. And that new taydatay is tight too

I usually do check cd's out beforehand and as a result recently bought Mackvillin's latest (and had his previous cd thrown in for free!) which is tight and will buy Mc Eiht's latest cause thats bangin, but couldn't find many cuts from those comps, but thats the lot for me as far as comps go anyway
