I see a Top Hatter or a HA every once in a while. The other week was the first time I ever heard of or seen a Vago when I walked to the near by gas station. About 40 of em fueling up.

It used to be that bikers had a bad rep for breaking the law, so there was a group that argued that 99% of bikers are law abiding citizens. Then there's that 1%.

I'm pretty sure that's what it's about anyways.

whats the difference between 1%'s and 99%'s??
When the Pissed off Bastards from Bloomington California started all kinds of shit at some Biker thing in Hollister California way back in the day. The media said that the outlaw bikers only represented 1% of the biker community. The outlaw biker gangs have latched onto that title and wear patches with 1%er and stuff like that.

I think thats where it comes from anyway

The pissed off bastards would later help start the first Hells Angels chapter in Fontana/San Bernardino California. Bloomington is right next door to both

I guess 99%ers are trying to show they aint 'Outlaw' bikers and are peaceful? lol i dont know

they have some kind of federal injunction anything with mongols logo or patch can be siezed by law enforcement,bikes,clothing,etc.. i used to see them here in reno but since the injunction you dont see them with thier colors on

Well, from what I understand in order to even start a motorcycle club in this area...you have to get the "OK" from the 81 first. That should give you a clue who wears the pants out 'chea.
