^^^^ Ive been hearing from a few sources that they crackin down on the independent game in S.D.,I know fam bam was the spot for many years..but everytime I go in there and that korean guy looks at you like you bothering him when askin for c.ds...his attitude is fuck you Im paid regardless.Thats why its important for people who wanna be a part of this game do something besides rappin(unless they really want to be a rapper) Man be a manager,be a promoter,we need club owners....and as you can see these koreans been having these swapmeets on lock for years....lets open up our own lil records stores or swap meets....i know It costs but I know some of the homies can invest and wouldnt mind investing in a legitamate business.

Real shit, we don't support each other down here. And the bad thing is black people from out of town see this too. Its hard to network when you have a bad reputation as a so-called community, people figure that's a bad business move doing somethin for black folks in San Diego cause it ain't gonna get any support. Out of every community, our's keeps money the least, everybodies makin money off of us and we're too blind to see it. Ain't ONE section of San Diego that has just wall to wall black businesses, the whole complex with all black businesses, at least not anymore. Go to almost every major city in this country and you'll at least find that. We can make this shit happen, look what Magic Johnson is doing for LA just 100 miles up the freeway...so San Diego don't have any famous Black folks that got MONEY and can make some serious changes?

I haven't been over there in a minute, never did buy a CD from the store though, just copped a Randy Moss throwback jersey for like 30 or some shit... Is there any place in Dago to buy local music or is this the only spot? I've had a couple cats come up to me at SDSU, but I thought both CDs were garbage... minus one skit.
