So since the old server is gone will it ever go back to normal? They could only bring back the old forums right, they can't date it back to the day it went down huh? I hope they can.

Unfortunately, when that company went out of business, they didn't allow anyone to retrieve their data. Which means that Junior could only set up raptalk on the new server with the data he had as of the last major database backup which took place on 6/27/2003. So when Raptalk came back up today, the site looks like it did that day. All of the data...users, posts, threads, pics, graphics, points, forums etc... that were added after that date were lost FOREVER.

YES, this really SUCKS and no one feels as bad about it as Junior does but there was really NOTHING he could do...Believe me...HE TRIED EVERYTHING!!!

He's currently in the process of correcting some of the coding in the rest of the forums and will have those back online soon.

I'LL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT RAPTALK!!! I HOPE THAT EVERYONE ELSE WHO POSTED THERE WILL TOO!!!
