No, it won't solve the problem, but giving them a shit load of money will make things worse. Who pays for all the government spending in the United States? The citizens. It's bad enough my GRANDCHILDREN are already in debt...and they're nowhere near born.

We can't even keep schools open, so the people at Nasa have some huge nuts to ask for money to study shit that we really don't care about at this point. If they want to study living organisms, they should figure out viruses and how to get rid of the shit. Some of the most intelligent people in the world spend all their time and energy trying to figure out if something lives millions of miles away.

My opinion of course.
