I don't know what kind of allergies I have... I think it might be pollen but mine always act up when the weather is a mild 74 - 80. Yesterday I was sneezing so much cause it was crazy windy.

Took me some Non-Drowsy Benadryl. It cut it for about 8 hours and then I was under a sneeze attack again.

yup, yup claritin, allegra, sudafed, flonase, none of that shit works for me anymore.

bendryl and tylensol sever allergy work but they make me drowsy, so i cant take it at work.

i heard if u get local honey (honey from ur area) and drink/eat that shit it will work magic on ur allergies. is the allergy season back already? im out here in new mexico and shit doesnt bother me at all, but as soon as i go home it is hell.

I heard thats true, I dont have allergies so I dont know the truth, but I heard that a spoonfull of honey a day will minimize and sometimes eliminate allergies.

People try and "stay away" so they get little bits of the "garbage" from flowers thats up in the air, get it fresh in your system and you wont have no problems... none at all.

this isnt the end all solution here but a really good thing I have tried the past year is taking a tablespoon of honey each day during the first 2 months of allergy season, it has to be LOCAL honey, so go to your grocery store and look for honey that is local, its really easy to find. take a tablespoon each day, you can poor it in a drink, cereal or just take it plain....its something to do with the bees and the pollen that is in the area that makes you not as prone to get allergies....all i know is that it worked for me
