He didnt get run out the Town. He was being harrased by the OPD, there were some wars going on and cats were asking him to choose sides and since he was freinds with all of them he wasnt feelin that so that was all part of the reason for the move and he was in Atlanta before he moved to Oakland but he gives all his success to the Town...Its all in the $hort Documentary...

2pac wasn't born in the bay but we accepted him same thing with master p the only difference is people hate on p cause their jealous fucks that can't stand to see somebody make it in life and provide for his family better than most

short left cuz his studio got shot up, and he didnt want that....which iz bascially gettin ran outta oakland....u cant tell me thats not y, cuz short lived at my uncles shop when he was first comin up, so he knew everything that was going on at that point in time

^^it started off alright, but people started sayin shit that wasnt true and was irrevelant.


so yeah, there are artists that perhaps got their name outside of the bay, either makin music there or fuckin with rappers from there, but so what? most rappers have to do that to gain exposure. now if they live there, thats another thing.

so, are we talking about people working with people outside of the bay?
or are we talking about people who live outside of the bay but still rep it or were originally from there?
or people who altogether left and just dont have anything to do with the bay?

and im still laughing about actors...im sorry but actors cant just work within one area.
