Man spice 1 and brotha lynch started all this type of music this type of music is old but when mainstream get ahold of it it's new to these marks x rated to these Artis paved the way for this type of music thanks for the post

do you mean horrorcore or are you talking about other types of extreme music.

me personally horrorcore doesn't interest me at all. I mean back in the days i listened to lynch sometimes when i was with friends and his shit was cool. i always thought he had a raw voice and delivery.

but yeah as an adult that type of music doesn't interest me. Im mostly into conscious hip hop.

ACTUALLY NOBODY KNOWS WHO ACTUALLY STARTED THE GENRE BUT LYNCH AND SPICE HAS THERE HAND IN IT... IT'S ACTUALLY PRETTY STRONG AMONGST THE UNDERGROUND SCENE... AND WITH THOSE RECENT MURDERS THE GENRE IS GETTING MORE MEDIA EXPOSURE AGAIN THESE DAYS..

My thoughts, I don't care for it. I don't want to listen to how you're going to kill a person or rape their baby or eat their guts. Most of the artist I've heard a song from, suck. There's only a few expectations that know how to make good music and not just horrorcore. It's like most only do it for just to be shocking and controversial.

WELL THATS HARD TO SAY CAUSE 90% IS GARBAGE... I THINK A GOOD HORRORCORE ARTIST HAS TO HAVE LYRICS AND BE VERY DIFFERENT AND STAND OUT... MY FAVORITES ARE MARS,Q-STRANGE,SCUM,INSANE POETRY,KGP AND A FEW OTHERS...

I never considered Lynch Horrorcore. Shit was gangsta to me with some hard metaphors...

Horrorcore is to me white rappers that dress up like horror movie characters mixe with gangsta rappers, that rap about shit they saw in horror movies...

Gangsta Nip or esham probably should be considered the origintors of horrorcore.

Horrorcore was bomb back in the day now its just a bunch of fuckin retards...but good horrorcore to me is like lynch or Spice like good ghetto/gangsta tales wit a more dark tone to it, cuz that shit more realistic to me, or shit that shows you the horror of the system we live in like gravediggaz, or DOC's Helter Skelter album , or even Dr. Dre's and Cube's Natural Born Killaz. That shit is actually outstanding horrorcore rap.

I don't like mufuckas who rappin but seem like they would've just been into Slayer if horrorcore rap wasn't around.
