What's good everybody! I'm new to the Bay and I'm playing catchup with the Hyphy movement.

I see Keak & Mr. Fab, Turf Talk, Federation and The Team. I'm not new to the bay music, hell, I remember when Doonie Baby was in the Cosmic Slop Shop. The Clicks first album was one of my first records I ever bought.

But I've been in the east (NY) for a minute. Everybody sees that Hyphy is jumping off, believe that. It's getting some serious buzz in other cities thanks to 40 but no one knows where to start listening so they can know the shit is real, the radio is only gonna play a couple of songs. Dj's in other cities don't even know what else is out there.

So I'm asking the experts here, what's the Hyphy top 20 Who are the top 10 Hyphy rappers?

lol I guess you might have a point about the self promotion. But there is so much hyphy it'll just get twisted if people start discussing the top 20 tracks.

But, this link has been posted on here before and I know a lot of people feel it, like this is the most accurate and well researched intro to Hyphy there is.

So this is probably where you should start, the tracks listed and featured here is probably close to what you could put up there in a first top 20 of Hyphy.
