Here are mine, I tried not to include movies already said...

War:
Before the Fall: Hitler's Elite
The Killing Fields
The Wind That Shakes the Barley
Taegukgi
Born on the Fourth of July
Rescue Dawn
Letters from Iwo Jima

I'm not to into Westerns so I'll leave that one alone. Although the one I just quoted 2-0-Sixx saying is really good.

Westerns are mad slept on. Those are the old school gangsta flicks. Check out some Lee Van Cleef flicks if you're really interested.

Here's a few that I've enjoyed...

1. Unforgiven
2. Posse
3. Dances with Wolves
4. **Little Big Man (Dustin Hoffman)
5. Drums Along the Mohawk

These have all been mentioned, but I'll reiterate:

Fistful of Dollars
For a Few Dollars More
The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
The Proposition - just saw that last night and it's the best movie I've seen in a loooooong time. Very good. And it's Rated R for "strong grisly violence", which is a plus.
