I agree with Kingczar about that Spice 1. Nothing Spice ever put out tops 187 proof. That album and E-40 Federal is what the bay is all about. Or the Click's og Down N Dirty.

good poll, everyone forgets about totally insane and rbl sometimes. i would say rbl but it all depends what part of the bay u from i guess.

as for overall best mix of different beats and lyrics etc for a cd it would be san quinn and messy marv - explosive mode

I would say Mr. Predictor because he talks bout gang life, the police, the struggles of inner city life, selling drugs, everything. The beats are slammin and the production is tight. I'm surprise it doesnt get a little more recognition. Although its an old cd, i still bump it a lot.
