The most bizzare thing about this game is the Lakers played pretty damn good and still lost. The reason the Suns won this game--IMO--was not Phoenix' bench scoring in particular, rather the rebounding of the entire team and how often they got to the free-throw line. The Lakers beat them in FG%, had more shots attempted
and made, more assists, less turnovers, more steals, and more blocks. The 3-pt shooting was about the same. The Suns were +15 in rebounding and +19 in free-throw attempts. Not to take anything away from the Suns bench, they DID play outstanding! But if the Lakers can not rebound or defend any better than this then they are doomed! I'm sure they will regroup and win the next one at home, but I believe this series will go the distance.
The crowd was intense!
oh and where all the lakers fans now???
*wind blows, tumbleweed rolls by*
Here? Doing other shit.. I don't know. Do you need more of them to be on the internet right now? Haha. not sure about the rest of them but it's pretty frustrating watching your team lose. Jumping on the internet to discuss it is not at the forefront of any of our minds. lot of people might be at a friends or at a bar/restaurant.
