classic comp....had alot of bay og'z....cougnut, rbl, cellski, lil ric, etc....had to pull out my TAPE for the tracklisting, fuckin case is broken but the tape is all good....i also got the CD release or maybe re-release but it doesn't have all the tracks and the lil ric song is different than the OG tape version.....anybody know which CD version i got? OG or re-release?...

Pretty sure its a rerelease...I hate it when shit's rereleased and its not tha same! Like when Jive rereleased tha Click's Down n Dirty album... they took out some songs n added sum gay shit like tha concert version of sum track n they remixed Street Life to where it sounds like they did a duet with Kenny G...
But back to WCBB does your cd have Peace to the Streets? Cuz I think tha rerelease cut that one out.....and that wuz one of my fav tracks....

^^^^^nope, ain't got "peace to the streets"....that was one of my favs too....and i know how you feel about that "down & dirty", i got the same one too, beats are different on some, left out alot of songs, etc....luckily my bro gave me an OG that his ex-girl left behind, he ain't really into rap too much so he asked if i wanted it...hell yee-uh i said!....also got the OG tape which has "let's side & you fucked up when you slammed my mutha" which weren't on the OG cd......the e-40 "federal" re-release did the same thing and left out some songs or changed the beats...guess that's why the OG'z are always worth more, most new skoolerz gotta be thinkin that the re-releases are the first time the cd came out tho....
