yeah ive been workin out too

im 145lbs, im 5' 10", and im finna be 15 in july


dont know why i posted my info but if someone has some tips on building muscle mass then please help

ive been working out for about 6 months about 4 times a week, and all ive really done is just cut up, ive seen some muscle being built but not a lot...

uhh meat and rice and some veggies. i eat bout 3-4 meals a day. none and i havent been training lately

You slaccing homie.....start lifting cuzz! Get on the Steak and potatoes few times a day. Get some On's 100% whey protien it is cheap and good drink...2 shakes a day should be good. Don't worry about Creatine or any other supps you are just starting and are young, you don't need them yet.

Anything you eat can pacc on weight...... You can eat all the burritos and bigmac's you want and you will gain weight but it will be fat not muscle... you want to look more like lil' easy or e-40 you decide. Eat quality calories not junk. I'll hook you up with a good training split and a good diet when I get home later.
