Well I thought they had good prices ... but I see what you saying, compared to that they expansive. I use Allinkl for like 3 years now, very good support, never had a problem or nothing, so in germany i think its the best. but I see these other prices off the hook.

I've always been with international webhosts, but if I don't find anything better I might take that Privat L package since there's at least a domain in all packages included
