Wassup with Frisco's murder rate?

Damn, seems like every other night there's a murder, wtf is going on? Frisco is already at 36 murders and Oakland is behind with 31, funny I rarely heard of any oakland murders on the news.

those murder rates don't even count the times when police kill someone in "selfdefense". so it should be higher...
