DUE TO RECENT WASHINGTON SUPREME COURT RULING, DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING HAS RELEASED THE SUSPENSION OF YOUR DRIVING PRIVILEGE FOR FAILURE TO APPEAR,RESPOND,PAY OR COMPLY WITH YOUR TRAFFIC CITATION(S) (FTA)

YOUR DRIVING PRIVILEGE IS NOW CLEAR AND YOUR ARE LEGAL TO DRIVE IF YOU HAVE A VALID LICENSE IN YOUR POSSESION..IF YOU NEED TO RENEW YOUR WASHINGTON DRIVER LICENSE,VISIT YOUR NEAREST DRIVER LICENSING OFFICE...THE REISSUE FEE NORMALLY CHARGER AFTER A FTA SUSPENSION HAS BEEN WAIVED, SO YOU WILL ONLY NEED TO PAY ANY APPLICABLE REPLACEMENT OR RENEWAL FEE

i usually pay my tickets, unless i'm dead broke, then i hustle it up and pay my shit anyways... i know too many people who have let that shit fuck them so far beyond belief... the state always gets there money... that's the bottom line.

pigs do shit like this to get people to come in to some place for what ever reason and they "bust" them... so be on the look out dog... the reason why i say this is cuz I seen shit like this go down before... also my boy who got that has HELLA out standing tickets... so I'm just given ya a heads up... shit might be ligit though ya never know....

But the paper we got also states that, WE STILL GOT TO HANDLE THE MATTER WITH THE COURT. The day before I got it I got woke up from sleep at 4am by Kelso Police. They called me and said that the alarm at the club I manage was going off and for me to come turn it off, but I was there that night bout 10pm to 1am, spinnin records for fun and when I left I didnt set the alarm cuz we had construction workers comin in at 6am to work on the second floor and we didnt want to give out the alarm code. So I jus went back to bed and called it in in when I woke up and that was that but My suspention was for FAILURE TO APPEAR AND RESPOND. So I'm hopin the FTA aint a bench warrant now........The last thing I want to do is county time. I hate that fuckin place!

The Supreme Court found it unconstitutional to take your drivers license for unpaid tickets without there being any sort of appeals process. I'm sure it will just be a matter of time until they fix the loop hole and start yanking people's L's again. They're already complaing about all the money they're gonna be losing because of this since it was their only recourse to get cats to pay their shit. Of course your credit is still fucked.....but then again most of you shitheads don't care about those types of things YET.

the thing about my situation personally is that i just recently paid off ALL my fines...washington and oregon,..then i get this letter...i coulda used that skrill on some other shit really...but so much for procrastinatin on payin my shit,,,,lol

Letting traffic tickets go until you get warrants, extra fines and bad marks on your credit is so fuckin' sloppy! Y'all is about as loose as a broad that just gave birth. Tighten up!
