yeah you gotta set the ground rules for this.....because we could sit here all day and come up with tons of hasbeens who aren't playing anymore....

Jerome Walton
Toni Kukoc
Acie Earl

But for current players who are washed up and need to move on.......

???

Yea, there need to be some rules to this. Do you mean people who don't even play anymore?

Toni Kukoc is still playin with the Bucs.

Deion Sanders does not fit into this category. He had an amazing career, and everyone knows that. He ain't as great as he used to be, but he's still productive to an extent (IMO).

Lawrence Philips was a good one, what about Sam Cooke, wasnt he taken ahead of Jordan in the draft and was a fat bust..

Ok, i shoulda done this on my first post.

Just name players that are no longer playing, but when they were they were major busts, overrated, bench warmers, scrubs, etc. The more obscure and forgotten a player is, the better.

Prime Example...Dickey Simpkins

And LOLLL @ the Acie Earl post

I know it was said before, but if it's draft pick busts, this takes the cake every time...
1. Sam Bowie, Trail Blazers
No. 2, First Round -- 1984
The LaRue Martin for the NBA's Golden Age. Bowie's selection underscores the cardinal rule behind NBA Draftology: you cannot draft for need. The Trail Blazers, flush with Jim Paxson and Clyde Drexler on the wings, needed a center and passed on drafting Michael Jordan, Charles Barkley and John Stockton. Available pivot men Sam Perkins, Mel Turpin, Kevin Willis and Michael Cage would even have been better selections then the oft-injured Bowie.
