was x-raided doing a too-short impression on the macaframalama chorus?

something i just noticed and am wondering. on the song macaframalama at the end of the verses x-raided goes "tell em short" and then on the chorus his voice sounds like he's trying to do a too-short impression. was this intentional or just a coinsidence? was he originally hoping to get too short to do the chorus? let me know...
