Seeking an experienced designer to make a CD cover (marina / cow hollow)

I have a $300 budget with which to hire an experienced designer to make a complete CD cover for the singing group I'm in.

We are trying to put a CD out in late September of this year. The CD itself is almost finished, and we need to get working on the cover. It probably needs to be done by mid-August or so.

Here's what you'd need to do:

1) Come up with the cover design. We have two artistic directions we are exploring, but no one in the group is an artist, so we'll need you to develop the ideas into something we'd like to go with. This will probably take a few rounds of iteration. I will get the ball rolling by sending you mock-ups we have done in the past.

2) Lead us through the rest of the CD-artwork making process. We can easily write copy and provide the list of songs and so forth, but none of us really knows all the steps required and we're counting on you to lead us through them.

Sorry the budget isn't very large, but we're a non-profit organization.

If you're interested, please provided an example or two of other CD covers you have designed.
