According to sources from ESPN and ESPN the magazine, the Dodgers are close to signing all-star outfielder Vladimir Guerrero to a 6 year $72 million deal. The deal is reportedly to be announched on monday or tuesday, when Guerrero passes his physical. The Dodgers are also in the heat of intense negotiations with Free Agent catcher Ivan "Pudge" Roudriguez.

yeah it pisses me off too. that is one more year but less per year than the orioles offered which is why I think it could be wrong. PLEASE if anyone signs him other than the Giants I hope it is the orioles.
