Vinyl/Record Rippers! Whats best program to FIX Audio?

I just started ripping vinyls and i need a new program to master the audio

need to know what the best program is for cleaning up the wave files such as audio restoration and taking out the pops clicks and everything


so whats the best program to fix audio?

If that doesn't work for you, ever since I started ripping vinyl I've always used Cool Edit Pro....takes out all the pops, hissing, etc, etc....and restores the track to sound like cdq....
