Does that shit REALLY make sense to you? Honestly, if you are facing jail time already and KNOW you have to take piss test, why would you even allow yourself to be around contact smoke, 2nd hand, 5th hand...who gives a shit! I see what Tony is saying now...he has a problem with the word CHARGED being used.

Tony....he wont be "charged" for the crime, but it can and most certainly will lead to more of a punishment then he would have had if he didn't smoke up.
