@sneak..its a gt-40 intake..you can use the regular 302 intake but the gt40 gives you more power..my lightning came stock with one and it definitely packs more power..

as a reminder to you 5.0 owners: use a gt40 intake!! more power!!

Im going with a holley system 2 on my 347. It should make close to 370rwhp. Going to have 10.5 compression so I can still run pump gas.

only thing that sucks is that i cant really race the car (my dad and i roadrace mustangs) because you're not supposed to do alot of shifts above 5-6k rpm, so ill probably have to get a different one to drop in when i wanna go play..

I guess it all depends on what you want to pay for the drive train. My buddy has a high revving 306 that he shifts at 6700 rpms. He has a lot of cash into it though.

most stroker motors aren't meant to be beaten on cuz theyre high reward and high risk..if u keep revving it its gonna blow out alot quicker than something stock or with less mods..
