Once the pre-loader is about to load the movie, IE will freeze for 5-10 seconds. it will then load the main movie. you click YES when it asks "A Script in the movie is causeing macromedia flash player 7 to run slowly if it continues to run your computer may become unresponsive. do you want to abort the script"

then it will load and you can click play. i'm trying to fix the script

i used nero wave editor, sound forge and total recorder seam to get messed up at times.

yeah, that's how i do it... ofcourse the quality goes down everytime you make a copy like that and especially if you convert it to mp3 after that... that's like a fax printout of a shit zerox... but anyway
