i dont know whats up with people saying its fake. i saw this on channel 5 news last night. plus its a governement website. Even the dude doing the report found out he had money owed to him.

Learn a little something before trying to dismiss a legit thing.

I work for a payroll for a company here in Denver, and if a check goes unclaimed for 6 months past the expiration date to cash it we send it to colorado payback. This is a goverment owned company that keeps tracks and holds the funds for people once they are able to get it.

Also you say someone would tell you personaly? how much man power do you think that would take? Talk about tax money going down the drain. Write up a form letter just submit the address and send the letter out.

Now of course the letter doesn't get there in most cases because of no forwarding addresses, thats one of the main reasons people have money in payback anyways, they moved and never got their last paycheck, tax dollars owed, whatever it may be.

But uh again, LEGIT, NOT A SCAM!

It is......I also took a look at his unclaimed property and he has some shares in some mutual funds which are worth $$$$.
