^ see, but this is why I feel the fans aren't allowed to pick reserves... What he has done at his age, by leading the 3rd youngest team in NBA history to where they are now. is ALL STAR material, and I think coaches see that.... the casual fan of these two players will be stuck looking at numbers and not the BIG PICTURE....

with that being said, I believe Davis deserves to be there as well as roy... and if davis gets in over roy, hell im not gonna make a frown face and be bitter... because either way, it's the right pick.

u even said ur self that roy can get 20 plus easily but can take it easy cause there are good players and bench players around him. diddy doesnt have this luxury and has to push 100% every game for his team to win. i think the coaches should see this and realize he deserves it a lil more.

Yea BD deserves it but I'd like to end up seein' him rippin' muthafuckas apart 2nd half of the season all because he didnt get into the ASG. As long as it's good for the DUBS, I can give a fuck.

As of last night. Baron has 115 steals to lead the league, Paul has 108.

Leads PG with 104 3PTM, Steals, blocks with 26.

I didn't just say that shit just to be saying it.
look at averages...raw numbers don't really mean much when teams have played different numbers of games...

sure baron has 7 more steals than paul, but has played 3 more games. his PER GAME average is still lower than cp3

sure he leads PGs with 104 3PM but he's taken 100 more than steve nash and nash has 97 made. he takes the most threes so he should obviously make the most. his 34% on threes isn't that great.

and dont take this as baron hate...he's my 3rd favorite player. i'm just saying the basis for your claim is faulty.

i'll give you the blocks though...didn't think about that

yeah but then you have to ask the question WHY that bench is so deep and productive...... because Brandon Roy does that..... makes them that way... thats why he's an all star as well...

no it's the coaches call to play em or not. how does brandon make a bench better? ur bench is good then ur bench is good and u really cant say it's roy that helps it cause it's the coach that tells em wehn and when not to play. that doesnt make em an allstar what he does when he's on the court is wat makes him an allstar and he deserves to be one just not more than diddy. remember the warriors are never expected to do anything every season and when diddy's healthy they usually make a good playoff push and all the weight is usually on his shoulders and wont be rested for bench players specially in playoffs

well because he plays with the bench a lot... if you know the blazers, the people usually in at the end of the game are people like outlaw, jack, james jones..... and Brandon roy and Lamarcus Aldridge....not not just the 4th quarter, its the 3rd as well, the first half you can pretty much predict what time a player is gonna get, but in the second half, its usually those players...

roy has something to do with the bench, he just doesn't play with the 4 other people he starts with...

the warriors are running on the same sort of momentum the blazers are, as in last season the warriors had that run in the end to get into the playoffs and beat the number 1 seed mavricks in the first round of the playoffs, just like the blazers winning 13 straight while being the youngest team in the league, and the 3rd youngest team ever, now we all think our teams are possible of multiple incredible things... i dunno, im drunk... lol
