"UFC 2009 Undisputed" mega thread

I finally bought the game. Traded some games in at Gamestop, only paid 8 bucks outta pocket. GOT EM!

Thought i would give online another try....4 out of 5 people disconnected when i was in mount or second stage of submission. They need to patch this shit, give those fags a loss.

I make sure to set my matches to "ufc only" because fighting people rated 98 got old real fast.

I finally downloaded the demo and it seems like just a button masher....I dunno.....I'll try the actual game eventually, I'll rent that shit.....

in no way at all is this a button masher. sure the stand up game might feel like it,but there is more strategy to this game the deeper you get into it. mashing buttons will get you DESTROYED by anybody that knows what they are doing

I always get smashed once someone gets in mount but I don't fuck with giving my gamertag out. Game is tough and far from a mutton basher.

same with me, i was looking at caf stats and they had 100s for striking, kicks, and submissions. i was like im cool

I'm not that good, I lose everytime i get full mounted i already said my record is something like 16-23. I don't give my gt out really unless I've met the person pretty much.

and i found a way to help against quitters, not sure if someone posted it yet or not but when u about to win press the PS3 button and let the system shit chill until u see it save

it only works if the quitter tries to wait until the last minute, some people quit right when they get rocked, or when they gas themselves and i have full stamina

this worked for me 3 times today, after i exited the match it said disconnected but i got the wins.

but it didnt work when someone quit right when they got rocked and hit the mat

thats still better than any guy on the game. thus making your guy have an advantage over anyone he plays unless its another caf

Nah, it's just a game why would I give a fuck if someone beat me at a video game? I just play against all random people and leave my headset off. Or I play against people on my friend list which I keep uncluttered with people I don't know. My name is my gamertag but with numbers so im not really hiding anything.

im with BCnuggets on this one. i could give a fuck less about playing anybody from the siccness or anybody i dont know for that matter. i'll play strangers, but i dont need them on my friends list and shit. i always add people from here, NEVER play anything with them and end up taking them off my friends list 6 months later

there always an idiot holding the r1 to block his face the whole time im not the best at the ground game yet but thats all this dude would do block his face id punch him and kick him in the body then he would run back and try to take me down til he finally does and try and mount me but i kept gettin out i usually get murked on the ground but learned a lil from that match made that bitch tap

them left to right elbows+uppercut combo is serious i knocked dude out like 5 times like that

i might look in to buy that shit if the full game has good reviews dunno if its out but i coulda swore i seen it at blockbuster

i really want that new fight night tho so i might hold off
