I doubt he'll be able to take them higher than 5th or 6th in the Big Ten seeing that he's at an extreme geographic disadvantage. Minnesota is by far the worst recruiting ground in the Big Ten conference for basketball. A lot of the good athletes in that state are playing hockey all winter from the time they are young.
Tubby will have to import to win there, and that's extremely hard to do when you're not an elite program. The upward mobility route in college hoops usually requires talented players from your own backyard.
