Trying to record......I got Acid Pro 4.0 ......can anybody help me??? I'm hella lost.

I got Sonic Foundry Acid Pro 4.0 and I just cant figure this shit out, after I open the track I want to record over it'll only let me preview it, I dont know how to play it or add it into the project, and thats besides me not knowing how to record over it yet. If anyone knows this shit any help is appreciated, I know some folks on here know this shit. Help me out.....

aye i use cool edit pro.. its hella easy to work out.. get that and then holla at me if u cant figure the shit out

Acid Pro 4 is what i record on.

if you got the files in the browser, double the file to put it into the mix. (or right-click and click add to project)

you should be able to hit record, the box pops up, and shows you the input levels.. holla back
