Yeah I agree alot of Thizz HAS come out lately but it's called diversification. Look at it like this... real shit sells and bullshit dwells so as a consumer it shouldn't make any difference to you how much they put out, It just means you have more choices and you have to do a little more homework before you purchase.
I could see if you were a distributor and were worried about oversaturation, but it's not like you bought with resale value in mind. If you like it, you like it, and just because they're puttin' out alot of product doesn't mean that none of it is quality. As a company it makes perfect sense to do what they're doing... I mean they just lost their flagship artist. It's gonna take some time for them to regroup and for the new cream to rise to the top.
DRE was a difficult act to follow. BUT... soon someone (quite possibly Dubee, Diggs, Fab, Keak or even one of the new thizz artists ) is gonna have step their game up and step into that flagship position. What you have right now is different acts over there tryin to get in where they fit in, and positioning themselves so that they don't get lost in the shuffle. This type of healthy competition breeds excellence and in the end it's gonna be up to the listeners to choose Dre's successor. And best believe who ever has the sales is gonna have the best shot.
