And dont think that Trader Joes sells only healthy food. Trust me there is a lot of food that isn't healthy.

Are the foods yall talking about premade meals kinda like frozen dinners but healthy? Its not like safeway where you buy bread, milk cheese etc?

yeah most of the frozen shit and the meals in the fresh section are pretty much premade and you just have to heat em up. theres some that require a little work but not that much.

and yeah like basiccally said, there's damn near more shit thats NOT healthy for you than shit that is.

yeah like I tell some customers because we dont have preservatives look at the sodium content. I think the chili has like 600 mg of sodium. And some of the microwave dinners in the fresh section have like over 30% of your daily saturated fat.

haha yeah the other day i was lookin at the nutrition label on the lil thing with the bbq ribs and the baked beans in the frozen section and i was like woaaaahh....shit was really like unbelievably unhealthy haha

trader joes has some good ass hors d'oeuvres.

my favorites are the tempura vegetables, feta pastry bites, & coconut curry chicken sticks...

they have some great desserts too. the chocolate lava cakes are spectacular.

yea i agree, they're amazing!

i have to avoid buying them though, it's too tempting to have them around the house and not eat way too many at one time. i swear it's impossible to have just one. same with the peanut butter cups. omg!
